This research aims to develop an automated system for diagnosing medical conditions from radiological images (MRI, CT-Scans, X-Rays, etc) and additional medical information. The system will use image processing algorithms to analyze the radiological images to generate a report. It will then use Natural Language Processing to integrate it with the patient's further medical records to generate a holistic diagnosis. This research aims to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of radiological diagnosis, along with diagnosis in general. The ultimate goal is to develop a reliable, automated tool that can support healthcare professionals in making a more informed diagnosis, thus, drastically improving healthcare for the patients.
